		<description>Dear Cita,
Having had acupuncture for knee problems with a lot of success I decided to try it to counter persistent colds and a tickle at the back of my throat that means I need to take an anti-histamine tablet every day.
The acupuncure of the last two months (8 needles in the face) and various medicines has meant an improvement in my immune sysem and better breathing resulting in an average pulse (stronger)that has reduced from 72-84 per min to between 60-70.
I still have a tickle at the back of my throat but not as much.
My Chinese Dr is going to give me acupuncture for my immune system as she is still not happy.

Question:
When it is all over can you recommend a daily chinese herb supplement I can take?
I have cut out coffee, reduced my suger and tea intake and replaced with jasmine green tea.
I eat more brown bread and drink more water.
I would be grateful for your advice.

Kind Regards,

James.
